What is a power book?
It’s a tool to help you keep your spirit up.
How to use a power book?
You write with your best writing:
- The quotes that means something to you. Choose only the best ones.
- Your dreams.
- Your gratitude.
You keep that book with you. Read some of it every day. Write in it as you get inspired or find something great to put in it.
It’s a book only for you. You should not let anyone read it.
“A quotation at the right moment is like bread in a famine.”
Use the power book to lift your spirit up and keep working on your dream. May this book become the bread you need when you’re hungry for some energy boost.
We shape our reality with our thought, speak and action.
“If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought.”
– Peace Pilgrim
If thought is powerful, you need to realize that speaking and taking action are much more.
It all start with thought. If you let it fade away without taking action, someone else will get it. Ideas are moving around from people to people until someone put them into reality.
There’s no guaranty that you’ll be the first to take action. It doesn’t matter, you need to go for it as if you were.
The first to take action usually have an edge on any others.
Use the power of the word wisely.
Choose to speak only good word that will bring goodness in the world.
“For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.”
– Audrey Hepburn
You have the power to choose what you say. Be aware of the word you use and change those that do not fit what you want to become.
“Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.”
– Albert Einstein
Realities are built from our relation with our surrounding. We base our life on it.
“The world of reality has its limits; the world of imagination is boundless.”
– Jean-Jacques Rousseau
Reality is created from imagination. So reality is real because someone else imagined it.
You have the power to shape reality. It’s up to you to use it or not.
“Fiction is an elemental force, which has the power to shape reality in its own image – or images, I should say – because reality, like light, exists not only as a single point or particle, but also as an array of possibilities.”
– Ruth Ozeki
Looking at reality, remember that it has been imagined by someone else before it could be like that.
