We create pattern and replicate them on and on. It’s just a fact. The problem is when those patterns are not for our own goods. When we replicate a pattern, we make it a lot more difficult to change. Any pattern can be changed, but the longer we use them, the harder it is to change them.
So, it is worth the hard work to change a pattern that is not good for us.
We first need to know the goods and the bads our patterns are bringing to us. We need to identify the one we should change.
Once we know which one I should change, I have to choose one pattern and find out what it should become to bring me more goods.
Remember something, I can’t lie to myself. It’s an illusion if you think you can lie to yourself. I always know the truth of my actions. I know the why and I understand if it is a good actions for me or not. I understand if it is a good pattern for me or not.
Usually, it takes around 21 days to changes a pattern. So, if you do it everyday for 21 days, the pattern will become your new one and replace what you did before. It will become something that you do without really thinking about it. After 21 days, it’s still really fragile, so you still need to focus on it every time you feel the old pattern coming back.
There’s no easy road to bringing more good into our life. We have to do the hard work and keep doing it.
