There will always be someone to tell you that you can’t do it.
I’m not saying that they’re lying, I think that they could just miss some fact that would let you do it.
Fact are base on data that we gather. Most people think that because they read about something in the newspaper that it is a fact. In reality, most of things you find in a newspaper are set up realities. They take an information and rearrange it so it will be sensational. It’s still reality, but presented in a way that is ‘catching’ to most people. So, if you listen to those people, you could end up missing a chance to do something that would end up working.
Don’t base your choice of action only on what others tell you. Take the data, verify it on your own. And use only what you feel good about. You can use it to modify what you are planning, but don’t end up quitting.
Nothing great has ever been created from quitting.
If you really want to take advice, choose people who would have something to lose by giving you a bad advice.
People who don’t have any interest in your success will give you advice that doesn’t implicate them. They don’t care much about your success, so they won’t take much time to give you the best advice they can. Most of the time, they’ll give you something they got from someone else.
