Rise above.
There’s a lot that I can do.
I have to get up and do something.
It can be difficult, but I will never give up.
There’s always a way. I need to find it.
My life is under my power.
I must discipline myself and do what I know I can do.
I have to stop asking for someone else to do it for me.
Step up and do it.

Things will be difficult.
I’m not so much different that it will be easier for me.
I will never give up.
I will stand up and adjust.
I will look ahead and find a way.
I will face my fear and overcome them.
Things will work for me.
I will stand up.
I will say when it’s enough.
Life can be hard, I will never give up.
No matter what, I can do it.
I’ll face the brick wall and find a way to the other side.
I will not give up.
I know that I’m in charge of my action.
I know that no ones can do it for me.
I will keep going on until I reach my dream.
I believe in me!
I can reach my dream!
I don’t know when.
I don’t know how.
It’s ok, I keep going on and choose a path to reach my dream.
If things don’t work toward my dream, I find a better and I adjust.
I know why I’m doing this!
I know that it will not be easy!
I put the energy and the time!
I work my ass off to reach my dream!
I don’t sit down waiting for it to happen!
I get up and do what needed to be done!
I’m going to reach my dream!

You can create a powerful energy using those good memories. You can use it everyday if you want to.
You can always create new good memories.
That powerful energy will help you create new wonderful memories.

Good memories will help you build new dreams. And those new dreams will help you create your future.
You can also use an hanker to help you keep that memory close to you. Simply use a picture or any object that is linked to that memory and place it near where you often need to use that energy.
