The Load is yours by Serge ‘Mage’ Cote

No one can relate to your experience of life.

Sorry, no one has been involved as you did in your experiences.

“No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.”

– Heraclitus

Stop comparing yourself with others.

You’re the only one who can really relate with what you are living.

Stop trying to understand what others are living. You can’t understand perfectly what they went true. Show compassion without any prejudice.

Support and compassion are the best way to be there for people who come to you with their problem.

There’s no way for you to repair what is wrong in the life of someone else.

“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.”

– Dalai Lama

The only way to help others is to start with yourself. The good you do for others will always come back to you. You can do some good for others, but you can’t take their load on your shoulders. That load is for them to carry.

Stop looking for someone else to do it for you. You must do it by yourself.

Yes, you can find some help and you should accept it, but in the end nothing will be over without your fool involvment.

When you get down, if you can look to the sky, then you can get up.
