It can be anything you want, as long as you create memories that you can come back to when you are in a difficult moment.

 

The anchor will help you remember the good times. It will help you keeping the faith that things can be better and that you can do great things.

 

As you go along, you’ll anchor more and more success. Doing so will give you lots of great things to go back to.

 

See the anchor as a diploma or a trophy. You set the level to achieve and the goal to reach.
