Violence is never a good option. Violence will bring violence. In the end, you’ll have to live with what you have done. Even if you did it for the greater good.

Choose your friend carefully. There’s no good in being around people that aren’t pushing you to become more then you already are. And you should also do the same for them. Win – Win relation is what you should looking for.

Associate yourself with greatness and do your best to be deserving of that association. Great people will accept you around if you are willing to do what is needed to be great too.
Take the chance to be around greatness when it is offered to you. Even if you don’t get to join permanently right away, you’ll do better the next time.
