Purpose

purpose

Do you have a purpose in life?

Or are you following the mass?

If you think that following the mass is easier, you are misled. When you follow the mass, you deny yourself the opportunity to create something close to your heart.

“Great minds have purposes; others have wishes.”

– Washington Irving

Before people becomes great, they started at the bottom as any one.

We can all be great. We can all find our purpose. We can all create something that will resonate in our heart.

Our creation has to be great for us before it can be for others. We need to see the value before anyone can.

“Do not fear mistakes. You will know failure. Continue to reach out. “

Benjamin Franklin

Shape

shape

We shape our reality with our thought, speak and action.

“If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought.”

Peace Pilgrim

If thought is powerful, you need to realize that speaking and taking action are much more.

It all start with thought. If you let it fade away without taking action, someone else will get it. Ideas are moving around from people to people until someone put them into reality.

There’s no guaranty that you’ll be the first to take action. It doesn’t matter, you need to go for it as if you were.

The first to take action usually have an edge on any others.

Act now

actnow

Don’t wait! You’ll never find the perfect set up.

Take action and go for it.

Adjust and keep going on.

If you wait, things will never get better.

Those who waits never get anywhere. Those who waits are also the ones whining.

Do you want to be among the whiners or the winners?

Change

change2

You can take action and change the world.

Everything you do matters. Even the small things will influence in some way.

“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.”

Edward Everett Hale

You have influence, use it wisely.

If you choose to do nothing, you choose to do something. And it’s nothing. You influence as you did nothing.

“Do not waste your time on Social Questions. What is the matter with the poor is Poverty; what is the matter with the rich is Uselessness.”

George Bernard Shaw

You don’t need to be rich to matter in the life of others.

I would recommend this book.

Best

best2

Always do your best.

There’s no perfection, only the will to reach for it.

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

Theodore Roosevelt

Do your best for yourself first. People will notice as you best yourself again and again.

In time, the best are the peoples who bested themselves on and on. They don’t compare themselves with others.

“Always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later.”

Og Mandino

You need to develop the habit of being constant in your effort to besting yourself every day.

What do you like to do?

In what you like to do, find something that you are very good already in it. Then focus on developing it to become the best.

No one can do it for you. You’ll have to work hard and keep doing so.

I’ll recommend a great book from Og Mandino!

Courage

courage

Strength is directly linked to your action as you face fear.

Don’t compare yourself with others.

“You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’”

Eleanor Roosevelt

Experience will help you understand and learn.

It’s way better to take action and make mistakes. Mistakes are the stones on which success is built.

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”

Helen Keller

Without experience, success is just an illusion.

Here’s a good book about courage. War Stories: Gripping Tales of Courage, Cunning and Compassion – Click here!

Bumps

bumps

Bumps in the road are normal.

Don’t give up!

Get back up. Adjust. And keep going on.

Quitters never find success.

Success is not looking for quitters.

“Winners never quit and quitters never win.”

Vince Lombardi

To be among the great, you need to be consistent.

Start your day with the goal to do better than yesterday.

“If you think you can do better, then do better. Don’t compete with anyone; just yourself.”

Bob Fosse

Big dream

bigdream2

Big project are done with people that are involved.

You can’t be involved if you don’t believe in the project.

Doing more than the average is the only way to reach the big result.

“Big jobs usually go to the men who prove their ability to outgrow small ones.”

Theodore Roosevelt

Big dream are built with people that outgrow the small ones.

Small dreams are steps onto the big ones.

When you do more than your best, you know you are on your way to reach your big dream.

“I am only an average man but, by George, I work harder at it than the average man.”

Theodore Roosevelt

Drive

drive

What drives you to keep going on?

Did you take the time to think about it?

There’s always a point where we choose to keep going on or quit. As we reach that point, we find out if our drive is good enough to keep us going on.

“Courage is found in unlikely places.”

J. R. R. Tolkien

You need to find a great drive if you want to reach success.

“The road to success is not easy to navigate, but with hard work, drive and passion, it’s possible to achieve the American dream.”

Tommy Hilfiger

Easy success is an illusion. If you think that it can be real, then you are an easy prey for scammer.

Success is simple. Success needs hard work and a deep drive.

I would suggest a good book about Willpower. Get it here.

Leap

leap2

We prepare, we plan but we can’t be absolutely sure of the outcome. We have to take a step into the unknown with hope that it will be all right.

Respect the success of others, because they took the step into the unknown.

« If the highest aim of a captain were to preserve his ship, he would keep it in port forever. »

Thomas Aquinas

Are you taking the leap?

“Creativity is always a leap of faith. You’re faced with a blank page, blank easel, or an empty stage.”

Julia Cameron

There is no win without risk. Do you want to win?
