I can’t change the past.
I have to look ahead and do my best.
The time I spent looking back on and on is wasted time.
I have to take a step in the present.
I’m the master or my choices.
I stand up and do my best.
I keep going on.

I don’t give up on myself.
I say yes to my dream.
The miracle comes from me.
I have the power over my hope.
I stop asking for hope from someone else.
I take action and bring hope into my life.
I will never succeed if I don’t believe I can.
This is the first important part of my road to achieving my dream.
I will have to face some terrible obstacles and overcome them. I know my road is a difficult one.
I stand up and I look in front of me.
I start with one step and I keep going on.
I’m the one in charge of getting there. No one can do it for me.

Yes, things will happen that I can’t see coming or understand they will come. But I still have the power to choose how I will react.

I stand up and keep working on my dream.
I know I will make mistakes. I know I will find out that some of the things I did do not work. I know I will find out that I have put some energy in the wrong direction. It’s ok. I keep on working because I know that I will succeed in some of my actions. I know that I will learn from my mistakes.
No one can do it for me.
No one can make it real for me.
I have to step up and do what is needed to make my dream real.
I face the pain and I keep going on.
I’m commited to my success.
Things will be difficult.
I’m not so much different that it will be easier for me.
I will never give up.
I will stand up and adjust.
I will look ahead and find a way.
I will face my fear and overcome them.
Things will work for me.
I will stand up.
I will say when it’s enough.
Life can be hard, I will never give up.
Sometimes we ask ourselves if we are at the right place.
Things don’t work as you would like them to work. You wonder why things don’t work as you set them up. In your head, things are so much simple and easy.
I can find a way!
I will not give up!
It’s ok if things don’t always work like I wanted them to. I will find a way and reach my dream.
I will stop expecting others to do what I want. I will believe in them without being surprise when they don’t deliver. I know I will always be the one to create what I want with my own work.
I’m ready to do what is needed to be done.
I will stand up and fight!
You will feel pain.
This is not an option, it’s a fact.
How you will react after that pain is what is really important.
Keep fighting!
Life is rough!
Keep fighting!
Don’t give up!
We all need a moment to face our pain. Then, it’s up to us to choose what we’re going to do about it.
Discover the opportunity that lies deep within the pain, the hurt and the failure.
It’s up to you to choose to stay down or to get up and keep fighting.
When you face pain, take a moment to breath. Not too long, take the time that you need. Then, face the fact that you can look for a way to do better.
