Great Quote by Fred Alan Wolf

Do you have difficulties concentrate?
Is it difficult for you to get a lot of work done?
Consciously understand on what you spend your attention. Is it related to your goal and dreams? What “isn’t” related to your goal and dream, put it aside. You need to say ‘No’ to stuff that are just a waste of your attention.
« Things that controls your attention, controls your life. »
– Darren Hardy
Choose to focus on what needs to be done in relation to your goals.
You don’t have an unlimited pool of attention. You need to choose wisely on what you spend it. Because it will never come back.

Be quick or be dead!
Do you remember that old time when the fastest gun was the best in the old west?
In our days, when you advertise online, it’s still “Be quick or be dead”.
If you compare with advertising on TV, the people online can choose to move out of the ad before it reach the end (on TV, they need to change the channel).
Online, if you want to make a sale, you need to be ultra-effective in less than 10 seconds (4 seconds on YouTube). If you’re not effective, then you get flushed for something that is more interesting.
How can you make an ad that will sell in less than 4 seconds?
Online, if you want success, you need to be quick.

We have to learn to use the past in our advantage. We need to use the past as a boost on our motivation for what we are building.
We can’t change the past, but we can choose to remember what we want from it.
“The past always looks better than it was. It’s only pleasant because it isn’t here.”
– Finley Peter Dunne
Take 50 peoples that are witness to an event. Visit them 5 years later and you’ll find out that they all have their own memories of what did happen. And it will be 50 different memories. They’ll all tell the truth from what they remember.
If we use our past to boost our present positive action, we are using the past in a good way.
We all choose the way we use the past.
“Some of the best lessons we ever learn are learned from past mistakes. The error of the past is the wisdom and success of the future.”
– Dale Turner

Tenacity: Being tenacious, holding fast, persistence.
Finding good reason to give up will never get you anything good. Giving up can be used to learn and grow. But if you let it become a habit, you’ll end up losing a lot.
“You can’t give up! If you give up, you’re like everybody else.”
– Chris Evert
Be persistent in doing what needs to be done every day. Make a list of the most important one, and start with one at the top.
It doesn’t matter if you do them all every time, as long as you do the most important first.
Most people will over estimate what they can do in one day and under estimate what they can do in a year.
Small step done every day will matter more than one big step done once in a while.
“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.”
– Confucius
You can build something great doing a few small goal every day.
