Your motivation should be built around a goal and a dream.

 

The approbation of others should be only a bonus when it comes.

 

As long as your dream is greater than your need for approbation, you won’t feel bad if people try to bring you down.

I found out that I need to take caffeine to keep myself up and productive. I think it’s cultural. It’s ok to use caffeine in the morning and as needed during the day to stay productive in our industrial world.

 

How many coffee per day is too much?

 

Outside of coffee, do you use something else to keep you up and productive?
