I choose what I shall do with it, as you do.

The rich and the poor start the day with the same amount of time.

I choose to invest that time into my future. I do the hard work now so I will not have to do it later.

I invest in myself.

I define my limits with my brain.

I’m the one holding me back.

I will go hard on the things that I set up as my barrier.

I can be my best.

The road

If life is a road, then we have the choice to look a little more to the left or to the right.

To the left, we can see everything that is not good according to our perception and interpretation.

To the right, we can see everything that is good according to our perception and interpretation.

It’s our choice to look more on one side or not.

It’s very hard to look only to one side.

In the end, it’s all about how we react that really matters. You can’t erase the bad, but you can choose to see it in a different way.

I have the superpower to choose.

Control

Yes, I dream a lot, but I also take a lot of action.

Attention

Perception change what we perceive.

Who we are is affecting our perception.

Science did prove that our mind will build what we see from the bank of images that we already have in our brain. So, If we really want to perceive what is in front of us, we do really need to stop and focus our attention on it.

I can change reality only by choosing to focus on one thing instead of another.
