It’s a misconception to believe that changes are easy.
When I change something that you dislike, something you like will also change. Often, the result isn’t to your preference.
I change for myself. I change because I want it.
I did the same. I was asking others to change for me.
I recognized that I was at fault. If I dislike something about someone else, I should ask myself what I need to change within myself to make the situation more comfortable. Sometimes, the answer may be to limit my interactions with that person.
