When we fear to take actions, we too often use the excuse of not knowing what to do.
Actions will generate responses. All you have to do is to adjust according to your plan and keep going on.
« Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do. »
– Benjamin Spock
If you don’t take action, you can’t get any responses and you can’t adjust. Without action, you don’t go anywhere.
Yes, you’ll make mistakes. Yes, you’ll take some wrong actions. But in the end, with your adjustment, you’ll get what you want (or something very close to it).
You are responsible of how your day start.
You create your next day as you go to sleep.
What you say to yourself before you go to sleep will shape your next day.
Take a moment before you go to sleep.
Say in your head: “Tomorrow will be a great day!”
Say this again and again. Until you do really believe that tomorrow will be a great day.
