Too many people end up taking what others are saying as the only way to build their opinion.

 

When you build your opinion, you need to be true to your values. When you are true to your values, then you can build the opinion that is really yours.

Before you can get the respect of others, you need to respect yourself first.

Always respect others even if they don’t respect you. In the end it will always come back.

 

You can’t ask for respect, you’ll get it or not. It’s not up to you. You need to do whatever you feel is right and the respect will come from your action.

 

Stop worrying about the respect that others have or not for your work.

 

Respect will come from your actions. If you don’t act, you can’t get the respect from others that you want.

 

When you take action, you don’t know if it will have the effect you want. But if you do it with respect for yourself, you’ll at least have the good feeling for having done it.

We all have power to do something. It’s up to us to do it or not.

 

No one has the power to change everything, but the things we can will help to make a difference.

Don’t expect others to do the right things if you don’t.

 

The power of your influence is mighty. Understand that if you don’t do anything, you influence the reality anyway.
