I understand that I’m the only one that can really motivate me.
No matter how great the speech is, in the end, I’m the one who chooses to be touched or not by it.
I motivate myself with things that I like.

I take responsibility for the action that I take or not.
I know that when I’m aware of something, I have the responsibility to choose if I do something or not.
If I can’t take responsibility for my actions, why would I want someone else to take that responsibility?
I take action and I learn from my mistakes. I take full responsibility for them and keep going on.

Great habits are built day to day.
I need to discipline myself to build those great habits.
Discipline is knowing that I need to do better.
Discipline is knowing that no one will do it for me.
