There’s a ton of information about writing online. You can find thousands of good blog post on the subject, and also a ton of good eBook. If you look on Amazon, you can find a lot of books on the subject.
With all that information available to you, why should I make a post on that subject?
It’s because, I want to share with you what’s on my mind.
I think that you can learn all you want about writing (You can read and read). Nothing is better then doing while learning. You need to write as you learn to make it better.
You can keep on reading about writing. It’s ok to do so. But you need also to do the writing.
I’ll give you some tips:
- Develop the habit of writing.
- Choose to dedicate time to the actual action of writing.
- The best would be to do this every day.
- At first, start with 20 minutes. A real 20 minutes where you do nothing else then writing. After 30 days, you can raise that time if you want. Don’t underestimate the amount of writing you can do in 20 minutes a day.
“The desire to write grows with writing.”
– Desiderius Erasmus
Yes, there’s a lot more to do after the creative moment. But if you can manage this part, the rest will be easy.
Success is not a destination, it’s a path.
Most will think that success is an accomplishment or a result. It’s more about a lot of work that hasn’t been noticed before.
“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.”
When you do what you love, you end up doing it with a smile.
We can learn to love what we do, but its way better to do what we love.
“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you do, you’ll be successful.”
Are you doing what you love or are you loving what you do?
Smile to life. And life will smile back to you.
“A warm smile is the universal language of kindness.”
– William Arthur Ward
In hard times, find the energy to smile and things will looks better.
Smiling people are healthier than those who don’t.
Sometimes, we need someone to smile to us in our darkest times. It gives us hope that things will go for the better.
Your intention behind your smile will always come through. If you have wrong intention, your smile will say so.
Be kind, be true and build for the better.
“Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.”
– Dr. Seuss
