Great habits are built day to day.
I need to discipline myself to build those great habits.
Discipline is knowing that I need to do better.
Discipline is knowing that no one will do it for me.
Discipline is doing my best day after day.
I take action right now.
I know that I don’t know everything. I take action anyway.
No one will do it for me.

Nothing will bring back the time that is gone.
I have to understand that I need to choose right now.
I need to choose what I will do with the time that I have.
I will do my best right now.
I will never put to tomorrow what I can do today.
I start the day with a smile.
Today is a great day!
I can’t change the past. My mistakes, they are behind me.
I plan to make the most of this day by spreading positivity and kindness wherever I go.
Whatever I decide to do, I know that today will be a wonderful day.
I focus on today.

I have to resist the easy way.
The easy way is just an illusion. In the end, we always end up doing way more work to get what we want.
It’s all about being strong and keeping going on.
No one can do it for me.
I have to stay strong. There will be hard times. I will have to work very hard. But I know where I’m going and am ready to do what is needed.

I step up and do what I can right now.
Yes, I don’t always know what I should do. But it’s ok, I’ll learn and keep going on.
