It’s a lot easier to find my destination when I have a map to get me there.

I can find a way if I focus and work on it.

I am willing to listen and learn.

I know that to every problem there’s a solution.

I will not join the bashing.

I will not be violent with those who are violent with me.

I know that I have to save myself, and it’s not with aggression that I can do that.

I know that I must protect myself. I know that I have to choose wisely what I respond.

I will not join the negative wave. Even if it’s a big one. Many people that are doing something wrong don’t make it right to do it.

I will always find another way to remove myself from bashing and violence.

Improvement

Power

Knowledge
