I’m not giving up.

I need to keep it up.

I choose to do my best day after day.

I focus my mind on making it better.

I choose to put my attention on the best thing for me right now.

I can do it.

I do not quit.

I’m the first person who can support me.

There is no short cut.

There is no easy way.

I know I have to choose.

I know I have to grind.

I do the hard work.

I learn from what I did and I keep taking action.

No one will do it for me.

Simple

Simple is the way to success.

I stop to procrastinating as I look for an easy way.

I start and do better. I can’t do better if I never do anything.

There is always a better way, but I have to start to find it.

I have to learn from my acti0ns so I can make it better.

No great accomplishment is done with one action.

Discipline

I’m in charge of my discipline.

No one can make me do it.

I choose to do what need to be done.

No one can help the quitter.

Hard work is always the correct answer.

No hard work is wasted.

I do the hard work and I get result.

Excuses

I stop using excuses. I take responsibility for my failure. I learn from them and I do better.

I understand they society that is giving me the opportunity to use excuses and be ok with that. They do this because they don’t want to push anyone to do better.

I can do better.

There is no corporation or government that can do it for me.

I have to stand up.

I have to motivate myself.

The easy way is an illusion. People will want me to believe in it so I will continu to pay them. They support the coach potato because they pay for it.

It’s a choice that I make.

Believe

I believe in my success.

I take action and do something about it.

I go on and keep it up.

Concistency is the key.

I don’t wait for someone else to do it for me.

To do

I know what I need to do.

I know what I should do right now.

What I don’t know is for another day. I do what I should and I do more every day.

Stop

I Stop waiting for someone else to do it for me.

I Stop hoping for someone else to save me.

Take actions and take responsibility for where you are.

It’s an illusion. People who do help me, most of them, they do it for themselves. They gain something from it.

It’s reality, when I do something (for real) for someone else without any gain, I gain the energy that comes from that action. And this energy is so powerful that it will push me foward.

Most people don’t understand how to get that energy in their life. They have been programmed to do things only when they gain from it. And it brings them no energy.
