Smile to life

by Serge ‘Mage’ Cote

To feel the power of this text, place yourself in the “I” 🙂

Why do we think that there’s always an easy way?

Why do we look for the easy way?

Because someone else has build that idea in us.

When I face the difficult time with a smile on my face, that’s when I know that I’m doing my best.

My best always needs some effort. I can’t be at my best when I’m going for the easy way.

I choose to smile because I know that my effort will pay.

I know that I’m doing my best.

I smile to life because I’m happy to get up and do the best I can.

About Serge ‘Mage’ Cote Why do I write? I believe in the butterfly effect. As small my influence may be on the planet, it is still influence. I want to orient it for the better. I write my book with the idea of bringing something good into this world. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” – Edmund Burke I want my books to be a good place to be. A place that you visit often and feel good about it. I want my books to bring good energy so the readers will take action to make this world a better place. I want my books to guide those who don’t know why they feel so bad about their life. I want my books to be there after I’ll be gone. I want people to come back to them and use them in a positive way. “The greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that will outlast it.” – William James

  1. The psalmist wrote in Psalm 100: “Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful singing. Know that the Lord Himself is God; It is He who made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations.”
