I do my best every day. I never give up.
When I permit myself to become lax in my habits, I risk undermining the hard work I’ve put in. It’s essential to stay disciplined; otherwise, all my effort can easily slip away.
I’m in charge of my choices.
I work hard, and I push my limits every day.

If I stumble, I get up and keep going.
I own my mistakes. I use them to do better.
I choose to go on after something wrong.
I acknowledge that circumstances won’t always align with my desires. However, I embrace change and persevere, knowing that resilience is key to progress.
