So, when you feel bad, depressed or out of luck, look around you for someone that would need some kindness. You’ll forget your problem for a moment and when it will be done you’ll get a boost of energy that will help you overcome that bad moment. There’s never too late to be kind.

Don’t be blind and stupid. When you know someone is bad for you, stop moving toward them.
