I choose to smile.
I know that I can’t change the past. But I can influence the future with a smile.
Maybe it will be a minimal influence, but it will still influence.
A smile can change a bad day into something better.
I have a power that can change my life.

I understand that I interpret the reality.
And it’s the same for everyone.
I have the power to shape my perception of reality, allowing me to use that perspective as a guiding filter in my life.
In the end, I have the power on how I can be touch or not by what is happening.
I understand that what I choose could be different than what someone else chooses.
Even the best intentions can still be perceived as negative.
I can only accept that I can’t impose my filter on someone else.
