Even when I think that I didn’t choose anything, I did choose to do nothing. From the moment I’m conscient of something, I make a choice.

I can choose my state of mind. And my state of mind will influence everything I do.

I will not join the bashing.

I will not be violent with those who are violent with me.

I know that I have to save myself, and it’s not with aggression that I can do that.

I know that I must protect myself. I know that I have to choose wisely what I respond.

I will not join the negative wave. Even if it’s a big one. Many people that are doing something wrong don’t make it right to do it.

I will always find another way to remove myself from bashing and violence.
