Choices

I have to make choices.

I have to take responsibility for them.

Even when I choose to do nothing, I chose to do that.

I need to realize the choice I make do change my life.

I stop looking for a justification. I know that no one can choose for me.

I may not have control over everything, but I can control how I choose to react to whatever happens.

I look foward and I take responsibility for my choices.

I step up and do something.

After the first step, I have to keep going on.

Consistency is the key.

Nothing great is done with one action.

I focus on doing it every day for 30 days, then it becomes easier to keep doing it.

I can do it.

I just need to impose this new habit into my life.

Time will work for you when you build great habits in your life.
