You have the chance to choose what you think. As long as you take the time to analyse it first.
Our thought are, most of the time, automated. They are created from what we learn from our experience and the knowledge we get from others experience.
An automated thought can be change if you put the time and energy to do so.
Our brain is an electric computer. Connections are made from choices we make and thought we use. The more we use a thought, the better the connection is and the easier it will be to use it.
Your opinions are strong connection. The more you use those connection, the more solid they’ll become. And the more difficult it will be to change them.
Reality change according to your perception.
Perception can change according to your attitude.

Attitude will not change reality, it will change how you perceive and react to it.
Your attitude will change your action. From your action, reality will be influenced.

People will doubt the path they are on even if it’s a sure path.
On a high way between two cities, you don’t need to know much more then how much time it will take.
You enter the high way in a city and you know that you will get to the other city.
Even if the road is simple, there’s people that will doubt and stop many times to verify if they are on the right path to reach the other city. Doing so, they extend the trip and turn it into a difficult one.
