Love

by Serge ‘Mage’ Cote

To feel the power of this text, place yourself in the “I” 🙂

I have been looking for love. I understood that we need to find someone who will love us. I understoud that we needed to be love by someone else. But no one talked about the first step, that I can’t love someone else more then I love myself first. And I can’t love someone else, why would I ask them to love me?

I need to find love inside of me first.

If I change myself, I can change the world around me.

The love I give to myself or to others will come back to me in a different way. It will come back.

What we do now is what really matter.

I can do it.

I take a moment to write down what I like about myself. I take a moment to smile to my accomplishment. I take a moment to smile at those moments of happiness that comes to my mind.

I smile and I take action to create new moment of happiness.

I’m at the wheel and I choose to take action foward my happiness.

About Serge ‘Mage’ Cote Why do I write? I believe in the butterfly effect. As small my influence may be on the planet, it is still influence. I want to orient it for the better. I write my book with the idea of bringing something good into this world. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” – Edmund Burke I want my books to be a good place to be. A place that you visit often and feel good about it. I want my books to bring good energy so the readers will take action to make this world a better place. I want my books to guide those who don’t know why they feel so bad about their life. I want my books to be there after I’ll be gone. I want people to come back to them and use them in a positive way. “The greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that will outlast it.” – William James

  1. The apostle John wrote in I John 4:7,9, 10, 19: “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. By this, the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation (sacrifice) for our sins. We love because He first loved us.”
