Respect myself

by Serge ‘Mage’ Cote

To feel the power of this text, place yourself in the “I” 🙂

I know what I want.

I know I have to work to get it.

I’m doing the hard work to get there.

I’m great! I know I can!

I respect myself enough to know that I need to work and do my best. I know that no one will do it for me. I don’t blame. I don’t waste my energy on whining. I know that it’s not about what happen, but what is happening right now. The only things that matter is what I do right now.

I step up and do it.

There is no easy way. It’s an illusion. My path is for me only. I can’t compare myself to others.

About Serge ‘Mage’ Cote Why do I write? I believe in the butterfly effect. As small my influence may be on the planet, it is still influence. I want to orient it for the better. I write my book with the idea of bringing something good into this world. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” – Edmund Burke I want my books to be a good place to be. A place that you visit often and feel good about it. I want my books to bring good energy so the readers will take action to make this world a better place. I want my books to guide those who don’t know why they feel so bad about their life. I want my books to be there after I’ll be gone. I want people to come back to them and use them in a positive way. “The greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that will outlast it.” – William James

Demanding lots from yourself is *Better*
Demanding tons from yourself is *Best*
Commanding the above of and for yourself
is Sound, is solid, is profound.”

  2. King David wrote, in Psalm 14:1-3, “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds. There is no one who does good. The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God. They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one.”
