Maybe
by Serge ‘Mage’ Cote — To feel the power of this text, place yourself in the “I” 🙂 —
I can’t change the past. It’s out of reach.
The past is a tool.
I can use it to learn and do better.
Maybe I’ll make mistakes in my new actions. Maybe I will fail. Maybe I will do better then I was expecting. I can’t build on maybe. I have to face the present and use the past to do my best.
I have to do my best day in day out.
I have to work like hell.
Nothing good comes out of waiting and waiting.
I will build the habits of doing my best everyday.
About Serge ‘Mage’ Cote
Why do I write?
I believe in the butterfly effect.
As small my influence may be on the planet, it is still influence. I want to orient it for the better.
I write my book with the idea of bringing something good into this world.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
– Edmund Burke
I want my books to be a good place to be. A place that you visit often and feel good about it.
I want my books to bring good energy so the readers will take action to make this world a better place.
I want my books to guide those who don’t know why they feel so bad about their life.
I want my books to be there after I’ll be gone. I want people to come back to them and use them in a positive way.
“The greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that will outlast it.”
– William James

“The past is in your reach, your only accomplishment, your past was once your present and your future,
your now is here, your future isn’t here
your mind returns to your past
more than your now and tomorrow!” _-Van Prince
The psalmist wrote in Psalm 111:1-4, 7-9: “Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, in the company of the upright and in the assembly. Great are the works of the Lord; they are studied by all who delight in them. Splendid and majestic is His work, and His righteousness endures forever. He has made His wonders to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and compassionate. … The works of His hands are truth and justice; all His precepts are sure. They are upheld forever and ever; they are performed in truth and uprightness. He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever. Holy and awesome is His name.”
True ending must be positive !
