You’ll do better work when you’re fresh. You’ll work wiser and do the things that need to be done first. You’re more productive when you have a clear mind.


A good night sleep can help you find the idea you were looking for before you went to bed. It will help you to be more energetic, creative and inventive. You’ll find the hard work becoming easier.


You have a very good system that will tell you when you need to take some time off. Listen to your inner voice and rest when you know you need it. If you end out to rest a lot more then work, maybe you should see a doctor. Everyone should have the capacity to do 10 to 16 hours of work daily.
