
You build your life every day. Every little habits you have is there because you let it be there. If they are bad, you have to realize it and know that you need to change them. Then, and only then you can work on changing them.

You can work on your habits and change them. But it will takes times and hard work.

Sadness is linked to bad habits. The first step is to realize that the bad habits are bad habits. If you think its ok to have them, you can’t change them.
One way to understand what is a good habit is to look at the people that are living the life you want. Find out what habits they have and find out how you can have them too.
